When do the Explore Chicagoland Vouchers expire?

Most of the Explore Chicagoland vouchers expire on December 30, 2011. Limited engagements such as shows and seasonal /weather permitting attractions will expire at the end of the regular 2011 season.

I just bought an Explore Chicagoland book and want to take my son to Medieval Times next week for his birthday, can I start using my vouchers right away or do I have to wait until 2011?

All vouchers are valid immediately with the exception of some limited engagement shows and weather permitting attractions. Exceptions include: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus ® (these vouchers are only valid in 2011), DuPage Children's Museum (voucher acceptance begins on January 2) and Kohl Children's Museum (voucher acceptance begins on February 6, 2011).

If I buy one Explore Chicagoland book, can I use 4 of the vouchers to go to Raging Waves?

The Explore Chicagoland book offers one free admission voucher to each of the 28 participating attractions. If you have a family of four, we recommend purchasing four books.

If I order my Explore Chicagoland books today, when will I get them?

We ship all orders US Priority Mail 2-3 days after receiving each order; allow 7 – 10 business days from the time of purchase until delivery.

For shows such as Harlem Globetrotters and Ringling Bros. how do we use our tickets – do we have to call Ticket Master?

For show tickets, redeem your Explore Chicagoland vouchers at the show's box office either before the show or on the day of the show. Ticket Master is a third party vendor and has NO association with Explore Chicagoland – Explore Chicagoland vouchers are NOT accepted forms of payment at Ticket Master.
